Engine dress up and THE warrenty
replacing the hoses will not void the warranty. if you dealership hates you, find another one. smile.gif if they don't like you, they can make things difficult.
::edit::
replacing the hoses with some "performance" or dress-up hoses *might* void the warranty IF some problem arises that can be proven to be caused by the hoses. replacing them with oem hoses because you have a crack or something in one of the hoses will not void the warranty.

Most of the silicon aftermarket hoses are much thicker and better than stock. The dealership would have to prove that the hoses had something to do with the problem.
Don't sweat it. If they give your grief, call the 1800-Hyundai or find another dealer.
