Hey im new here,
I recently bought this car, and started to notice the engine boggs out when started in the mornings. Its get to the point where the car alomost stalls. I basically have to but her in neutral and rev it. Sometimes even when its warmed up it does it.
Just wondering if anyone had recently problems.
Any help would be great.

thanks

Yeah REDZ loves recommending B12 Chemtool lol.gif I guess it works great. Wait til your low in fuel and put in a full can, then fill up, and run it dry again. I'm not sure if we can get it around here though. I haven't seen it, but any cleaner will do the job.

silver, i think you are also supposed to change your oil after using chemtool.

Try the cleaners first, then check your Throttle body (b/c the cleaners never hurt ;-)).....the idle adjustment screw may need to be adjusted.

was the prior owner using that car on a day to day basis or was the car sitting. Also, im assuming its cold when you start the car, which could have something to do with it.

b12 Chemtool is the SHIZ!!!

Keep up the good word.

LOL

Anyways, the biggest problem is that you are prolly too hard on the gas when the car is cold. Be gentle.

the car has no mods its bone stock, has 120,000 km.
I will try some injectors cleaner. But whats weird is that it boggs out when its warmed up.
could it be a fuel pump, maybe a sensor?

thanks

a clogged injector dosnt care if the car is warm smile.gif. I would try the injector cleaner before anything else... sensors can get pricy (esp the throttle pos sensor).
