Engine Always Misfires When I Leave It Off For A Week Or More

This happens all the time. Ok first of all, my car is always up-to-date when it comes to maintenance. Each time I store my car for a week or more, when starting for the first time, it always misfires on number 1 cylinder(PO301). Then the problem goes away when I reset the ECU. I checked my spark plugs and they had a sign that my engine has perfect combustion. What could be wrong? weak coils maybe? Nevertheless, my car runs strong and fine when driving everyday.
