Keep in mind, Alpine is in South Africa. They leave work just as you guys wake up. So it should take at least 24-48 hours for an e-mail response. if you are really hot to trot to get it...their phone number is on their website. Wake up at 4:00am and call them. Ask for Gavin or John Conchie.
