Dyno vs aDyno
Hey just for fun I installed that app and decided to test it on my car and some other cars which were dynoed recetnly.
Here u can see my original dyno
And here you see the chart from the app. It shows 2 runs and the results on the left are at 6370rpm. Both runs around 160bhp. Also like the real results the torque peaks at around 4000-4100rpm.
After that close results we tested a friends BMW which was dynoed a week ago and again the app was f*cking close... only 3 bhp difference ?!?
Another friend used his G tech when he was on a drag strip and told me that the g tech is off by a 0.1 sec on 1/4 mile. So I took the g tech and my phone for a 400m run.
Gtech - 400m 15.16
Phone - 400m 15.38 @ 153.1 kmh ~ 95mph
Here is the results from that run
I was with another person in the car and the road was far from a drag strip so my 20m ( 66ft ) times are not the best

I have used the app Torque on my galaxy tab 3 in conjunction with a Bluetooth obd 2 dongle and it has ALWAYS been very close to actual Dyno results and rated power figures. That is as long as the parameters are set correctly. I think its pretty cool ****!

Its good to see technology getting more accurate, but,I hope people don't start putting in false weights and stuff and start posting in track times fourms lol
