not sure where to put this, but more of a project idea...lots of hyundais don't have cruise control. i like it myself. some do however....so my question is this: does anyone think its possible/practical to fit a cruise control from a DIFFERENT hyundai model OR from a completely different vehicle? not sure how to go about it without spending hours trying to figure out the logic of the system...and playing with a voltmeter....and then opening a vein...



i have an '04 accent btw. wondering if there is anything at the junkyard i can pick up and adapt somehow. trying to be cheap so i don't have to buy a universal kit.

 

buy a universal kit or have proffessional install it for you. the 300-400 is worth the hassle and headache you save yourself

 

i was thinkin of doing the universal myself anyhow, install isn't a problem for me. i was just hoping to go cheap and get junkyard parts thanks.
