Creamy Yellow Oil?

I would also check antifreez (in a tank - that plastic thing). It may have some spots of oil.

From what I understand... thats just moisture that got into the block somehow.

that is what I was going to say hob. In cold temps it builds up moisture on the bottom of the cap for some reason.

did they use lucas? thats what i saw on mine when i used lucas, i cleaned it off and the next time i changed the oil it wasnt there, looked just like that though

First thing that came to mind was the coolant and once I checked it it I found out there was no oil drops and the level was full. They did not use lucas oil stabalizer. On the invoice it says "5w20 oil" so I'm not sure the brand that Hyundai uses.
