Can someone tell me where this is located? I feel dumb asking but after I searched here I can't find it.

I have always has a Haynes manual for this sort of stuff, mine's on order.

Its right by where the thermostat is. Follow the upper Rad hose right to the elbow and its there.

BTW is it possible for that sensor to be bad and make the ECU dump too much fuel to allow my car to start?

Most likely not. It will say its running to hot or to cold and affect the fans but I dont believe it will allow a no start to happen.

Thanks again. I'll end this thread by saying I can't wait to get out there and check compression and to the bottom of this and get this car running again. I miss it so much!

you guys know if there are thermostat (#7 on diagram) upgrades for our cars? i heard upgrading is a lot better.
