I am trying to build a new complete exhaust on 2k3 tib auto v6. I have the mufflers and am going to get the pipes bent for a better split. Also getting a high flow converter if I can. Then the headers when they are cheaper. My question is how many snesors are on the exhaust the will have to be put on the pipes, etc? I haven't got the light to see good under the car when I have it up. I don't want to mess up the sensors.
p.s. even if I can only get the pipes crush bent that would be better than the factory pipes wouldn't it(at least at the split)?

There are just 2 o2 sensors in the exhaust system. As long as you accomodate them, you should be okay.
For crush bending, make sure you up the pipe diameter by .25. So I would go for 2.5" minimum for the V6, preferably 2.75 if crush bent. 2.75" piping is darn hard to find, so you will probably have to move to 3".
