Default Clutch won't move

I was driving too a friends house and my clutch started acting funny, it started bogging down like i was'nt giving it enough gas but i was giving it plenty of it, and then the pedal started vibrating, and when i tried putting it in reverse when i went too leave it grinded like the clutch wasn't in but it was! So i let out on the clutch and when i went too push it back in i a heard this loud BOOM, and now the clutch(pedal) won't even budge. So did i just ruin a clutch or what???

Your clutch is deceased. Time to find 600 dollars for a new clutch/flywheel. Be good to it, it be nice to you. Be mean... it'll bite you in the ass like this. :

Yep, totally gone. This happened to me in my old car. No signs of slipping but when I pushed the cluch in, BAM.

From my experience My cluch was fried and so was the pressure plate.

Actually, if you are lucky, it might just be the throw out berring died or the fork broke. If its still engaged and you can physically push the pedal down, then it could be the fork/berring.

This is my second car(first was a subarue justy woohoo). But i didn't ride the clutch and i wasn't rough with it, i baby my car. It was lightly hit on the drivers side(mainly bodywork and very little other work).

I can't make the clutch move at all.

It's got 46,000 on it and its a 97.

And no i don't have the funds too fix it :'(

I could see either the cluch/pressure plate/flywheel OR the cluch master cylinder/linkage, but both at the same time? Did you do the work or did a shop? From the price I assume it was a shop and it seems to me like they hit you up for extra parts :

Unless, ofcourse you were standing on the pedal after it broke...
