Circuit breakers
Im moving my battery to the hatch and I want to get an inline circuit breaker since all the wiring will be under carpets and stuff, which means it could get wet or get stripped. Will this be an ok breaker to get for protection? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/100-A...fAudioQ5fVideo

yup ! perfect breaker, i have one in the front next to the main battery for the power line going to the rear of the car where i had an Xstatic BatCap and one at the end of the line in the rear at the batcap to isolate the whole line if I needed to. 100 amp is perfect size too.
I use a breaker for my amp which comes in handy when I want to cut power to the trunk but I wouldn't place one in between the battery and engine in fear of it tripping and cutting power to the engine.
^ the fuse box has a fuse in there that is designed to pop and cut power... its not a breaker, but a fuse... you shouldnt have any worries about "tripping" the breaker... unless something is wrong !
