Is it possible if you can get a custom manifold with a 5PSI External wastegate welded to the manifold be made?
If so please let me Know as i need to go with an External wastegate.

Still waiting on my source but it will not mate to a Td04 exhaust... you will have to make an adaptor for the flange.

I keep forgetting that you are using something else besides a Garrett exhaust housing. Just burn a hole in manifold and have one mounted.... or see if you can find another turbo that will fit that thing (one that has a bigger wastegate) and sell your current turbo.
