For quite some time now I've had a CEL on, the code is P0441, evap purge flow fault. I've done a bunch of searching on it already but I can't get it to go away. Here is the list of things I have done so far:
1998 Tiburon
1. Replaced Purge valve on charcoal canister
2. Test throughput of charcoal canister, not clogged
3. Replaced a few worn out vacuum lines that attatch to charcoal canister
4. Checked valve near fuel filter, not clogged.
5. Turned off the single code with scanner.

What would be my next step, I'm a few months behind on my inspection and I don't want to pay a shop to fix it if I can help it.

This is right near the fuel fiter, its got a connector on it but its the only round thing hooked up to a vacuum line by the fuel filter. I had to change it to get rid of my 441. The picture is gone though but you should be able to find it.
