Today, about 15minutes into my drive my CEL came on, stopped by at a buddies and tried the ol' ON/OFF to see if it would blink the error code out, I have learned it doesn't.

But, When you go from OFF, to ON, and back to ACC to ON to ACC to ON, the Driver side window will automatically go down all the way on its own.

So thats ON x 3. It doesn't do it everytime, but about 4/5 times.

Anyone heard of such a thing?

I used the detach the negative battery cable to reset the ECU and all seems fine now, but it still does the window thing.

when I start my car first time in the morning the windshield wipers run twice. Only twice, always twice. And only the first start of the morning. But my car is also 37 years old.

It sounds like an alarm thing. Do you have an alarm installed under the dashboard?

My horn would beep if I would start my car too quickly when I had my killswitch/alarm thing on. But then I ripped it out and everythings ok now. It was the stock one tho so it wasn't very good anyways.

The windows aren't connected to the car's computer. They're just powered by the switches from 12V hot-at-on power.

You should find out what other cool tricks the alarm does. Someone spent some cash to make it do that. You should try other combinations to get it to do other things. I wouldn't remove it.
