I have a campbell (walmart) catch can conected to my crankcase vent. it got full from my car running for 30 min.

my car has been sitting for a week at a time. The liquid is like a gas/oil mix.

Why so much? What can I do/check?

u sure its gas oil mix and not something else? antifreeze would be terrible, but it would explain your lack of great power at 17 psi.
