or you can get some header and send it to get ceramic coated and still drive it like you are doing now!

QUOTE (The_Alpha_Male)
so that would be better than installing just the headers now?

even with a cracked manifold?

Ok, they are stainless unless you get them chrome plated....and YES get them, it won't hurt, they aren't too loud, you have cracked ones now (I got mine the same way), I have had them without a catback for about a year now and no problems, CEL's or anything. It is an upgrade and a LOT cheaper than getting another exhaust manifold. Get it, replace it and be done with it....there is not a negative to it and don't know why there is even a debate as to or not to....the debate should be which ones.

My 2 cents and not trying to rag on anyone....just hurting his car more by not getting this done!!

People are saying it is best to install all at once because it will be

1. Easier
2. Not much gain from just header with stock exhaust
3. You will feel it more with both
4. You will be missing a bung for the 2nd O2 sensor

I don't know if anyone has addressed #4 yet. From the e-bay pics, it looks as though this isn't the one with a bung in the runner AND collector. You will need a bung after your second cat for the 2nd O2 sensor. Otherwise, CEL.

it all depends.... i know some people have no cats and still dont have a CEL, and i have a cat and a relocated o2 bung, and get CEL every 200miles after reseting ECU!

So far I have had no problems with the CEL.I had an 02 bung put in on the output of the cat,for the 2nd sensor.
