Well this has been my project for the past week or so...Been a f***ing pain in the ass also.

I just got done wetsanding it(like 7 hours >.

Looks nice I used a air rotary grinder for the inside. A while ago I barley touched the outside with sand paper.

Looks good man, what kind of tools u use? dremel? what kind of polish?

Thing i always wondered with boring out the TB is wouldnt you have to get a bigger throttle plate as there would be a small gap around the stock one since you just made the hole bigger? or do you just not bore right there?

would the idle air solonoid keep the air steady by closing more durring idle?
