Has anyone purchased this Cold Air Intake setup? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=38634
If so, did you have any problems installing it? If its crap, please suggest alternatives.

Those have been been on ebay for a while now. I don't know of anyone who has one but he does have a 98.1% approval rate. I guess if you're on a budget and can't afford an AEM or have the skill to make your own, then buy it.

I dont know for sure, this is just a guess, but tibbychick has one for sale that might be that same one, or at least like it. She said she wasnt sure on the name but that it had blue couplers and hoses (if i remember right... to lazy to go look). Looks the same to me. so maybe ask her? dunno

also i believe thats the injen knockoff one. they have aem knock offs on ebay too.

I had one before I went turbo and it worked pretty good for the price, the quality was good and it fit like a glove, I'm still using the filter that came with it.

my CAI looks like this, almost. it's alright powerwise, and just makes good noise. But I turned it into a CAI by just adding a 90degree bent pipe to it and putting my filter into the fender well, you can do that too smile.gif

i have one, easy to install, had to cut the boots a lil shorter cuz MAF dint go all the way up to the end of the pipe. hardrest part of install is getting the damn stock air intake out, so many damn bolts. im not really sure a bout performance but engine has a deeper tone under acceleration
