I did an install FAQ for Fxtreme of the BTB and BIM. and I'll be doing a formal FAQ for TeamSR within 2 weeks. It is really a piece of cake. 4 bolts, and a couple of hoses.

Boring/Polishing the IM to match it in order to get the full gains is the hard (or at least tedious) part though tongue.gif

Yes, better throttle response and more torque. Bradley registered 3.6 Hp and 3.x Torque (I cant remember exact torque figures) with a BTB and BIM. The BTB by itself won't do anything as the IM opening must be enlarged to match the BTB or all is for naught.

Remove throttle and cruise control cables.
Remove 4 bolts holding TB on
Remove 2 hoses under TB
Remove TPS from TB
Remove 1 of the 2 hoses, and connect the remaining hose to that connection, effective routing the coolant.
Install new TPS on new BTB
Install TB, tighten 4 bolts
Install Throttle and cruise cables.

You will have a phunky idle, Drive for 5 mintues, Let idle for 2 mintues, then adjust the idle control screw on the TB (drivers side closest to the firewall) if the idle is still high/low.

Okay, now I'm tempted. I won't be picking up a 'charger until probably after the warranty runs out or when I make enough money that I won't care. However, the new throttle body has been tempting me. I didn't realizze it offered more HP and torgue. I just read Improve throttle response and acceleration.
Course, now thinking about it...

...maybe I'll just shut up... smile.gif
