Default Best tool set for engine mod?

I want a nice tool box that can really help me on cam shaft, intake manifold, and throttle body installation (for those hard to reach screws). Do you guys have any recommendation (brand/kit name?)

Thanks

PS. Search engine did not work since this morning.

For routine maintenance I would go with SEARs Craftsman sets. Depending on how much you want to spend. You can get a small set to keep in the trunk of the car for routine stuff and emergencies , (what I have), or you can get a much larger set to keep in the garage. I'm sure there are better tools out there geared for automotive maintenance. Altho, I don't know of any.

If you get it from SEARS don't evar use your Sears card. *LOL* That interest rate is a killa.

For automotive use the #1 choice by mechanics is snap-on tools but they are very expensive. I would say to go with the Craftsman, They are great quality and if anything breaks you can bring it back and they will replace it for free no matter how old it is. They sell some good kits, I have one of there 250pc set's and it's have just about everything you will need.

Go with the Craftsman sets. If you need a specialty tool, that's when you call a Snap On or Matco rep and see if they make it.

I believe that Craftsman has a nice 140 piece Metric only set for $199.

Also look for Husky tools. They are about the same quality for a little less.
