I just saw this post again... I didn't have the right tool to meassure it on the inside (the smallest part) but if it's not 61mm it's 60mm (when I meassured it the caliper read 60,7mm but I thought that was because it wasn't meassuring really straight).

I need some help securing the top bolt. Thinking of welding a nut onto the manifold and putting a bolt in to tighten the corner down. It doesn't leak at all.
