Arizona and catalytic converter law
I live in CA and it is totally against law to remove or relocate any CATs. However, I can drive to Arizona (takes me 50 minutes to get there) and go to muffler shop there. So I wonder if Arizona still have same converter law as CA... if so, then I'm outta luck. ~~
