Default AOS Cold Air Intake

I am about to order an AOS Cold Air Intake for my 99 tiburon, but it says that it will only fit in a manual transmission....why is this. I have looked at pics and installation instructions and everything looks the same on the two cars...except for the trasmission, and that should have nothing to do with the intake????Should it? HELP ME?

I may be wrong but I think it is because the automatic tranny is larger than a 5-speed so the intake may not fit where it is supposed to go in an auto because it would not have enough room.

KORE has one for the Auto tibbys,,,your better off going with them....Their kit comes with everything you need including the new battery tray...the battery tray moves your battery to the right so that the cone has more room.....take a look KORE has it on their web page....Im getting one soon...

KORE is going to be doing their business on hyundaiperformance.com, go to the hp forum, and you can ask them there.
