Alt. Fuel (lpg) - Vacuum Line ?
Okay, here's the fact :
My tib runs unleaded AND lpg. Problem is i gotta put a vacuum gauge on my car, but cannot use the hose running from the FPR to the intake manifold because when i switch to LPG (which i use 99% of the time, since unleaded is just here to heat up the car). the LPG got it's own regulator and is kinda electronically controlled to open/close a valve to let the gas come in... pretty old system, there's no pump, just that vapo-regulator.
Is the looooooooooooooooong long long hose running from the back of the IM (upper left side when looked from above tongue.gif) good for the gauge ?
sorry i'm kinda noob for now, just hoping to learn more and more as the car evolves smile.gif

The entire alternate fuel system is completely new to me, but if your question is whether or not the long vacuum hose will still work for your gauge, it would.
The only vacuum hose we have on the back of the IM in the states is the brake booster line - I would assume its the same for you as well. You can disconnect for the time being and hook up your vacuum gauge to there - obviously your power brakes won't work then, but you shouldn't be driving anyway, so no matter. Or if for some reason you're keeping the vacuum gauge there permanently, you can T it off with a fitting and be fine.

thanks smile.gif
i'll see if that long hose connects to the brake booster line smile.gif (i will T it anyway) but it's kinda hard to see for me since i got a very large diameter LPG hose on the top of it.
I guess there's not much difference between US and EU version of the tib concerning the intake. Well, we'll see ^^

You can use any vacuum line on the car. If you were told not to use the FPR one, fine, don't use it, but there are 4 or so more others you can use (a couple are smaller than the brake booster line).
