Default aftermarket head

anyone know of a good site with aftermarket heads you can buy from? http://ngmhouseofpower.com/ is only for the 2.7 for the most part. I have my engine all apart right now (2.0 liter) and looking for an upgraded head if possible. What do ya think? should I buy one online or take mine to a local guy and have him port it for me?

I am just going to take my head to local shop, I havent called them yet but I wanted to make sure before I call .. I am going to have them basically rebuild the whole thing, should I just have them port it to? and if so do I need to bring them any specs on anything or do they know what there doing? Will I need to rework my cams also If they modify the head at all?

I had a compression check done at the shop the other day and it had none.. lol so I figured instead of payin some shop 5 or 6 grand to drop a new one for me, I'd take it upon myself to tear it down and rebuild it back up. I figured if its off, I might as well help it breath a little more than what it's used to getting. Just looking to get a little bit more out of the head, maybe a port and polish.. nothing special. Or do you think I should do valve/spring job or what not.

Valved I can't tell by looking at them. Called a guy up and said bring it by, I'll have a look at real quick. Pistons seem to be ok. I'm thinking just have the machine guy go over the block and head make sure they look good.

Wasn't running at all.. Last week, the car was running great. Than out of know where, I Pulled out a parking spot at a store, and it just died. No weird clunk noise, no indications at all.. just dead... Try to start it, just was cranking.. no nothing. Fuel pump is good, checked for spark(good), alternator, battery, everything checked good. Injectors were good. Fuses good. Timing belt was never changed on this car, it's at 105,000 right now. I thought maybe it slipped or something, but I inspected it.. seemed good. I towed it to a shop, I got phone the next day, guy told me it had no compression. Like I said before, I failed to ask him what cylinder(s) he checked. He told 5 or 6 grand to drop in a brand new motor. I was like, lol yeah ok buddy. Ill be by to pick it up. So, its out and ready to goto a shop to get get it looked over.
