Hmmmm..you know the Z-3 fender...what if we cut through the fenderwell to make it so they actually did some good and swiped out some air? What would be the problem in that (I asked this because maybe we could get AEM to make an intake that would reside near the fender area (move the battery over 1-2" by bending down the side mount) Possible?

Well I dont think its gonna fit
if it does it gonna rub on somthing
radiator or tranny
and hose look like they might be in the way
you guys be the judge

That same radiator hose is there on the Manual. So I doubt that will be a problem. From your photo, it looks like the clearance between the tranny and the radiator is the problem. And I think Batlord is right...It doesn't look like it will fit. Damn...that photo spiffy posted looks like it MIGHT be possible....

Oh well...only one way to be sure. Wait for someone to try it!

My Injen intake runs right between those hoses and doesn't rub. It should be o.k. just keep an eye on it after it's installed to see if it shifts or settles on your hoses.
