You have not installed a complete turbo kit on the car yet. Install it, tune it, and report back. Until the fueling system is complete you should EXPECT it to run badly.

ECM: Oh we are going for a drive, spark plugs, fuel pump, etc do your thing



driver hits gas hard



ECM: Hmm still nothing back from the O2 sensor... odd. I wonder whats going on with the engine. MAF, how much air do we have coming in... OMG WTF! I THINK WE ARE UNDERWATER!!!! PANIC!



Ok maybe not but on reading that issue and the cause that is what ran through my head as what was going on if it was a cartoon. Yep. I think there might be a gas leak here...
