Nothing to worry about, sometimes it will shake like a SOB.
We change timing chains all the time at the shop and yeah, just as long as you're lined up with the timing, you'll be fine.
You should actually keep it reved up at about 2-3K's for like 30 secs, the ECU will learn and adjust.

Glad my DIY helped ya out laugh.gif: . Did you replace the valve cover gasket while you were in there or did you just reuse the old one? If you reused the old one and didnt use the form a gasket stuff just make sure to watch it over the next few days to be sure nothing is leaking.
