Sorry I do not know Onpol What is it? It definetly felt a lot better but I dont know how many HP. I will try to find out about the timming trick and the settings and let you know in case you would like to try it. I don t know Sams cam but sound a lot like the one Ihad from specs. I ll let you know if find out any info for you. regards.

I won't be trying it just yet since I have to get a new cat and pipes in, OH ONpol is the person who first installed a 1.8 cam in North America ( Puerto Rico ) and currently has his car turboed, at 217 hp to the wheels smile.gif
