ZONED, no offence man...

Wait a sec.

TOTAL OFFENCE MEANT THEN, stop asking STUPID questions man. How the hell do we know what HP gains there will be on a system that DOESN"T FREAKING EXIST YET???

Jesus!

Not to mention, it'd depend on what you have installed, like I've said a DOZEN times now.

that was harsh.
okay i should rephrase the question into something more like
we know borla makes quality products (maybe some people who know a little bit more about the company..), and we know the quoted gains of other manufacturers that make tib exhausts. how do you THINK borla's system (assuming we get one) will compare to these other manufacturers' preformance-wise

redz:
and what exactly were all my "other stupid questions" you need to quit flaming everyone on these forums, obviously you're pretty well-rounded and know a lot about hyundai tuning, but you don't always have to go getting down on others...everytime someone posts something that doesn't make total sense you go ahead and make a post just like that one. i see it ALL the time from you. now that you've done it to me, i'm annoyed. i think you seem like a great guy, you do a lot for this community, but these posts should really just stop.

I'd be good for a GB. Pay up to $450 for the full cat, don't really care too much about headers because I'll be getting a Turbo in May anyway. Any new news on the situation Redz?

How do we think it's going to compare to other systems out there??? Sorry but even reworded the question comes out odd(there are no stupid questions REDZ, just a lot of unneccessary ones). It's like REDZ said you can't be for sure on the gains because of it depending on what's in your car. However, I'd be willing to put down a few bucks that a BORLA system would stomp on anything out there now for us. That's the whole reason that I suggested we all go to their site and put in requests in the first place.

I'm headed to SEMA this week so I'm going to see if I can hit up any BORLA peeps. Hopefully it won't just be a bunch of schmucks showing the BORLA stuff off. Now, can I go there and open my mouth to say we'd have 10 easy?

BTW, I think that the prices suggested would be a decent GB price but keep in mind that these guys are one of the best and they know it and they price their stuff like they know it. i.e. Honda Civic Si Full Cat-Back System $534.99

Everybody send in those requests if you haven't yet!

You know, I had a great reply all written up and now they won't go thru.

The fact is Zoned, I'm glad you are annoyed that I went off on you.

Now cut out the BS constant stupid questions, and start reading to learn.

Or, you can spend less time at the site.

it's up to you.

8) eh don't worry zoned, REDZ is just getting right down to the point, like always! no bs. no frustrations. no emotions. no drama. the internet is full of it and i guess REDZ just thinks it stops here.

gotta love him for being so clear! tongue.gif

topic: good research on the civics. if tiburon v6 catbacks cost $534, ours will definitely be much less. probably by $100 less.

Maybe just sizes, I know we talked about 2.5" for a generic GB, but it might be profitable to make one in 3" too, maybe. I dunno just suggesting. I would want the 2.5" myself.

I'm assuming this is madrel bent and all that too.

shame I already got my exhaust system mapped out... Borla makes a GREAT product. I had one of their systems on my Porsche... it made the flat six sound mean as opposed to a hairdryer because of the big fan on top... Personally, I think anybody who gets in on the buy will be VERY pleased with the final product.. the Million mile warrenty is just the icing on top of that cake.
