looks pretty good....
Couple things though....
1.)use the proper term for subs : Subwoofers
2.)the battery should be disconnected before doing ANY electrical work
3.)Im not so sure you should be putting a flamable material like cotton in an environment that will generate lots of heat.....there is something that looks very similar called poly-fill......this is what you should use. Its flame resistant and has some accoustic properies.
4.) you have "now" spelled wrong in step 14
5.)at the very end you spelled "Chasie".....should be "CHASSIS"

I know some words are spelled differently over there in the States, but as this is going on display at your County Fair, I thought I'd put my 0.02 in.
1/ Shouldn't "Run the power cable <u>threw</u>..." on page 3 be "Run the power cable <u>through</u>..."?
2/ On page 9, your abbreviation for subwoofer is "subwo"... I'm not sure about that one being correct.
3/ On page 11, there's an errant "y" on the end of "the" in what should be "... attached to the sub".
Then I think the next sentence should read: "Then attach <u>them like so</u> inside the box."
4/ Page 12 should maybe read: "when screw<u>ing</u>"?
Sorry if I'm being pedantic but I just thought you'd want to know wink.gif

yeah, i was typing fast and really didnt care a whole lot, it was really just to make my mom happy.....anyways it was sent to the fair like a 2 weeks ago or something, so a little late now. thx for the info though
a little fyi my cousin told me, he just came back from fishmans install school in florida. you shouldnt run your power wire along with your coaxial cables because the cables pick up on emi from the power.

...I had no idea that there was a channel in the door jamb there to pop open! I'm relocating my battery to the rear tomorrow so this will be great! Thanks!
I'll also mirror this here just in case.
