Moonroof Repair

Hi guys,
Ok, so I'm new to the forum, and to my Tiburon, so bear with me please. My moonroof on my 04 GT has these two pins that sit on both sides of it. One broke about a couple months ago, and the MR continued to work fine. However just the other day the other one snapped and the MR has been giving me difficulties, i.e. won't open unless i push on it, etc. The motor sounds fine. I called a local dealership and got the run around. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Welcome to the forums. Unfortunately this forum deals with RD tibs. You have a GK tib. We welcome all Hyundai's on the site, but you probably won't find any useful info on the GK moonroof here. You'll wanna check out new tiburon.
Also check out the hyundai service website, hmaservice.com you register for free and have access to all official hyundai service info, including info on sunroof's/moonroofs specific to your model. That should be your bible if you want to repair your car.
Keep in mind the do it yourself forum is to post guides, not ask questions.

No worries my man.
I hate to give them any traffic, but newtiburon.com is the place for the GK owners, most of the staff is worthless and many of the members are just there to start a fight.
You might want to try crookedH.com , it is a MUCH better rounded site overall than Newtiburon.com, less members I think, but you have a better chance there most likely.
