Credit to Shadohh for this one too.
The purpose of this is to eliminate the need for a super short screwdriver in the crowded area behind the lights when adjusting the level of them.
Tools Needed:
-2 nuts. Stainless Steel will cost more but will stay nice and shiny forever. 10mm are fine, doesnt really matter though.
-JBweld
-Rough-ass sandpaper, a dremel works better.
-Needle-nose pliars
Steps:
1. Break plastic covers off of headlight adjustment screws. There is only 1 on rd2s, not sure about rd1s.
2. take the dremel and grind down the top of the adjusment screws to bare metal. wipe off any remaining dust.
3. apply a glob of jbweld to the top of the screws.
4. stick nuts right on top of jbweld...*giggle*. it doesnt matter how much is in the center of the nut, but you dont want a bunch on the sides.
NOTE: if you have the headlights out, its easier because you can prop the headlight so that the nut is level on the jbweld. if you dont take it out, you will have to hold the nut in place while the jbweld sets so that the nut doesnt fall off.
It should look like this when all done:

great DIY... but honestly, all I do is put a phillips head screwdriver bit into an 8mm socket wrench and turn it a few times. Works much easier... but either way will suffice. fing02.gif good DIY
