Bent wheel.

FYI, the way the hood is supposed to crumple in an accident won't work properly the way you have it set up. Just something to think about...

yeah i know, what it would do instead is snap off the hinges and go over the car scrapping off the windshield. ive seen it all too many times on civics, but its actually safer that way, because theres no chance of the firewall getting f'd up by the hood and hinges and no chance of the hood crashing through the windshield if the hit is hard enough.

oh and as for the rim im doing the old heat gun and rubber mallet caveman fix (always the cheapest)

I'm glad you're happy with this, but I'll not be doing it on my POS. I have an anomalously cold engine bay. tongue.gif

I just screwed my plastic cowl thingy back down with some self tapping screws. I painted the heads of them black with some black nail polish so they don't rust.

That is supposed to keep your engine bay cooler or is it for looks? I think it looks pretty ugly no offense since if you like it that's all that counts. Or is it for cooler air into your engine bay? Relating to .2 more HP out of the 1.5L? J/K tongue.gif

It's for cooling and it's a popular mod in Korea, so I guess it's the "KDM" look.
