do you mean drive in reverse at 35mph and then put it into second while still moving backwards? does this actually work?

i`m not sure either,reverse to 35 mph & put in 2nd?
& how do i diagnose a glazed clutch from a shot clutch?

The concept is really simple. Very light abrasion against the clutch. Friction without heat. Drive at 35, drop it into second and don't quite let it catch all the way.

will a glazed clutch slip as motor & tranny get warmer .r is this just hotspots on the flywheel which is only reparable by tranny % cluch teardown.will this do any more damage to my already shot clutch?
