Yeah I feel like a big noob. I found them after I asked. I put thr air duct back on but took it off this morning in like 30 seconds so now the opening is directly into the airbox.

I took Off both resonators tonight after reading this DIY. Man I had trouble with 2 screws, the one holding my battery in and the infamous resonator 'A' screw. My radiator isnt stock so it gave me some problems...

Any way, It didnt make too much of a change, it just kind of deepened the sound. I like it none the less.
I just have one question; Am I supposed to cover the 2 holes that are now in the airway? Cause now there is the white tube that was in res 'B' and the hole underneath from res 'A'. I'm gonna go cover the holes with my hands in a few minutes to test for myself.

Anyways, thanks for the tips

Huh? If you read the very first post in the thread, where the meat of the thread usually is, you'll see a picture. This picture has CIRCLED all of the parts you are to remove. It sounds like you left the "Air Duct" in place, which is supposed to be removed. If you want to leave it there, I'd plug it up and you'd have a semi CAI, but it'll flow horribly and you'd probably get better gains from having the duct out and sucking in larger amounts of warmer air.

I know mine worked great, but I also drive my car hard.

Yeah I realised that part about 5 seconds after i posted my last message. But by the time i took it off, went driving, and came back the edit button was gone.

I noticed quite the difference in response time and I really like the sound

I just did this mod yesterday and I must say that I like it. I didnt get much more sound from the motor but I`m more or less impressed with the overall performance of the engine. It fixed my rough idle and engine vibration at higher rpms. I left in the lower resonator and just took off the upper part and everything seems ok.

Take off the lower part too, it just helps keep more heat right there in your engine bay. Get it out, then go do some above 3K RPM driving.
