It says as long as they have not used the roadside assistance or the extended warranty yet.

I got mine in the mail yesterday also, and I was a bit upset upon reading the letter. This was a pretty misleading thing for Hyundai to do. I read on another website that they said larger horsepower numbers to compete with the growing car-market. So how much do our tibs have stock? 2.5-3.9% isn't that much less but still, it made me think twice about looking at the newer tiburons..

it's a United States settlement. maybe the stickers were only misleading in the US. i dunno? but...if the HP was misreported in Canada, then the Canadian ppl will have to sue Hyundai themselves and not rely on the United States (again) for help wink1.gif

Before any of you get the dealer shopping card be sure to check if the the dealership near you accepts them. Only about 50 dealers are accepting the cards in the U.S. The list is on the website posted above. Because of this I am probably going to go with the debit card. To my understanding these can be used anywhere a debit card is accepted.

No offence mang, but are you an idiot? It's $50 bucks. Not to mention if you go the other route and get the $100 dealer card that's good for a diagnostic and other stuff.

I know that Canada is probably not part of this, but has anyone here from Canada even try and send a form in to see if you could get any money back???????????
