Gosh darnit, someone help me swap my god forsaken auto tranny out! And while you're at it, help me find a cheap tranny from a junkyard

 

get that 22k one off of ebay that was posted the other day..
and then get the rest of the parts.
then call casper.

 

anyway the pics are still floating around the net. still undecided on which tib i am going to buy, but would be swapping in a manual in the black one.

 

I know this is extremely old but since i blow my tranny today(auto) I think its the perfect time for a swap and was wondering if I could get those pictures of this diy (might be a long shot but would help a lot!)

 

This looks to be a huge project that would take awhile and you seem like you really know what your doing. any ideas on how much it would cost to get it done in the shop? i heard it was very pricy

 

about 16 hours worth of labor

at 60 bux an hour for labor:

16 x 60 = 960 smackers

but Im sure you could get a deal.
