Go to Ace Hardware, Lowes, or Home Depot, and get a replacement. You'll need to take your shifter in there to verify that the bushing they have fits, but it'll cost you less than a buck.

well i just installed it and wow.. it does feel like a totally new trans lol its amazing, gona take some getting used
one thing though, i seem to have quite abit of vertical slop, you can hear it too, sorta clanks abit,
the circled red part is where its from, im thinking just putting a thin bushing inbetween would help? or did i forget something, because i put both of those little bushings from the stock one there and there isint much side to side play, but forward there is and that part of the sifter doesnt seem as tight as the rest

Ok, I seem to be having a problem. First, that white replacement fitting does not fit where it's supposed to. I tried hammering it in there but it doesnt wanna go in. So now its kinda stuck partly in there. Second, the big bolt in teh picture below is loose and won't tighten at all. Is it supposed to be loose to allow for vertical play, or is it supposed to be tight?
EDIT: Ok, I got the white fitting in there with some persuasion from a screwdriver and a hammer. However, the other bolt is still loose. I just test drove it and this thing is SO AWESOME, so much better than the one I had. I guess I'll see overtime if the loose bolt makes a big deal or not.

The only problem I have now is that those white bushings on the picture above have gone bad in my tib and makes my shifting crapy. Wondering where I could get them?!? The ark shifter is amazing though I love it.

You can order any of the white bushings you need from Hyundai. The ones that go in the main block cost like .25 each.
