Sony Playstation 3 Slim Announced!
Well it was officially announced by Sony over in Germany. The Playstation 3 Slim will be available in September and will be 33% smaller and 36% lighter. It also comes in at an amazing $299 with a 120GB hard drive. The other prices will drop as well.

i love both the ps3 and the xbox..only reason i like ps3 is because of MGS4 and GT5,
ps3 has more complicated complex technology that's a nightmare for some game developers

I'll buy one for $299. I really want GT5. Aside from that I prefer the 360 usually, but some games are great on the PS3 too.

Im not really into the GT series, but it looks awesome. Not good enough for me to purchase the PS3 since Forza 3 is coming out soon.

IMO the GT series is more simulation than the Forza series, although Forza 3 is supposed to be better. I like Forza 2 and play it, but it's like 95% of what GT 4 is physics wise.
GT5 is worth getting just to drive on the Top Gear test track. smile.gif
