Default Solenoid valves

Looking for electric solenoid type valves that are compact/able to handle high temp (steam)/and are very fast acting. Any ideas? Thanks.

You may want to check out steris for parts. They make sterilizers and would have what you need. What are you building?

Iirc Fiat or maybe Renault trialled using solenoids for valves, but had problems implementing it in real life. They got clogged with carbon and tended to stick at high temperature.

Savage, depending on what you are building, why not take apart a similar device and use those solenoids, or the same type? I figure if you are asking HA there isn't a ridiculous R&D budget involved
