That's exactly how I started on Ubuntu. I gave it a shot.... realized it was usable, went back to XP.. then Windows Vista came out and Windows XP became very slow on my system. I decided to make the switch to Ubuntu. It allows for greater control and efficiency once you learn how to use it. And its free.

4sho I won't be paying MS for another system license. If XP ever totally stops working for whatever reason it's Ubuntu here I come. With an XP VM probably
