Prices of PlayStation 3 drops by $50
The price of the PlayStation 3 has dropped by $50.
Sony has announced the PS3 will sell for $249 for the 160 gig hard drive and $349 for the 320 gig drive, effective immediately.
PS3 sales in the U.S. have been soft compared to the XBox 360. Microsoft has sold 55 million XBox 360s worldwide, while Sony has sold 52 million PS3s
Nintendo is tops with 86 million, but sales have slowed considerably.
