microsoft banning xbox live accounts

microsoft is now detecting the firmware and banning. i myself have one that was banned already and have another console that isnt banned yet but is modded. i personaly know at least 5 people that have been banned. i also have heard from a handfull of people that were modded and hadnt even played a burn game yet... not even to test it and they got banned.
im hopeing my current xbox slips through this ban wave but i have a feeling it will come. ill then give microsoft another 200 bux

I modded my original xbox and burnt games to play. In the end I found myself more obsessed with he downloading or copying of the games then actually playing them.
