Living room:
Westinghouse 47" widescreen LCD. Westinghouse had the best picture of all the 47" HDTV's there. It's a bit of a weird brand but I'm really happy with it.
XBOX 360
Wii

Bedroom: 19" widescreen LCD with built in DVD player

Computer room:
22" Sceptre Widescreen LCD monitor
Logitech 5.1 surround sound
Sound Blaster Audigy

I use to have some decent surround sound systems, but just found that I didn't care that much whether I had them or not.

*haha* Its good in the morning when you're getting ready for work. You can listen to the weather and news report while getting ready and stuff. I have an anti-glare shield on the front of it, with anti-fog stuff on it so it doesnt steam up from the shower. smile.gif

Here's my home theater network.

here's my xbox which is hooked up to my TV

(yeah, that's the RDTiburon.com RSS feed. I couldn't find the HyundaiAftermarket.org feed)
I've got 5.1 surround sound

One laptop is in the bedroom (and sometimes in the car for obd-II)
One floats around (recipies, music)
My iPhone follows me everywhere

I consider my Tiburon to be in my home theater system as it has 2 TVs and 7.1 surround sound. I always hook up my iPhone when I go to my car and it plays everything from my network.

Anyways..
The desktop is my DVR. It records live TV at pre-determined times. It also streams media(live tv, recorded, videos, even streamed PDFs) to all my computers and my iPod via secure connection over my home network or the internet via a secure connection .
The XBOX is my media center. I upgraded the HD and put a mod chip in it. It runs XBMC and I've got about 10 games copied to the hard disk. It plays media from all sources in my house, like my music library (with visualizations) and my live and recorded TV, it also streams media from the internet (1000+ internet TV channels and 3000+ internet radio).
The Laptops do what all laptops do. They play music and video from other networked sources.
The iPhone synchs with the main computer and streams content from the desktop via the LAN or via the internet.
All items in my home theater system have internet access.
All items in my home theater system have live/recorded TV access
All items in my home theater system have music and picture sharing.

Once you get a network like mine, it's hard to say exactally what you consider part of the home theater. I can bring my iphone with me in the car and continue watching a show which my desktop is currently recording and streaming to both my iphone , big screen and both laptops.
