Google Home or Amazon Echo?
Which home assistant do you / would you use?
I think Amazon Echo would be better for shopping, whereas Google home would be good for searching. Either could provide a Star Trek like experience in the home.

Been using Amazon Dot and it's great. Super easy to set alarms, control my home automated products and vivint alarm with my voice. And, Alexa plays Jeopardy!!
