Need to upgrade the video card in my desktop and wanted opinions of which is a better card manufacturer.

 

Why do you "need" to upgrade/what are you going to be doing with the computer? You can get a card from either brand with more horsepower than my whole PC . . . and most folks will never need all their video cards' capabilities
