I've been looking at reviews and they all look terrible. Either they fall apart or have software issues connecting/disconnecting. I need something serious because it's actually for conference calls at work. I had a PS3 headset, and while it connected ok, it broke above the earpiece after 3 months. It seems most others have the same issue. What do you recommend?

Well, I went with the Logitech G933. It had some bad reviews about the driver being glitchy, but so far I haven't experienced it. Keeping the receipt just in case. As far as sound, it got great reviews on that. And I have to agree! Sounds awesome!
