while science > me, id like to ask the question of if that was the case and it will create a giant volcano that cant be stopped, what causes other giant volcano's to stop?

pressure and gasses from heat have been exhausted. If we reach a new level in the earth's core, we may have more pressure/gas than we realize.

Yellowstone is one such huge volcano. It's due to blow too. The known one was in what is now Siberia. The Siberian Traps went on for over a million years. That would ruin your day......

Molten lava coming into contact with near freezing salt water would probably provide it's own plug.
