Anyone- like 'em, hate 'em?
I'm mostly a cast iron guy, but I have a few non-sticks that are OK. I just starting using my Calphalon griddle again after finding it hidden in a cupboard.

Oh man, I got a super cheap and shitty non-stick pan in a cutlery set. It was actually nasty. Putting it over heat caused the bottom to change colour, and just gently washing it up started the non-stick to flake off.
Nein danke, may as well just get yourself a good quality pan to have. It's something I use at least daily so why not.
